This Delivery and Installation Promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by LightStyles + Builders Source Appliance Gallery (“Company”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility of Products
The Promotion is valid only on qualifying purchases of major appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, ventilation hoods, washers, dryers, and beverage and wine units. Eligible outdoor appliance categories include grills, outdoor refrigeration, outdoor cooking appliances, and related outdoor kitchen components.

2. Exclusions
The Promotion excludes small appliances, accessories, parts, filters, and any non-appliance merchandise, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company in writing.

3. Minimum Purchase Requirement
A minimum qualifying purchase of $2,499 or more in total invoiced product value is required. The qualifying amount is calculated before the application of taxes, delivery charges, installation fees, and any additional service-related charges, unless otherwise specified.

4. Pricing Requirements
The Promotion applies only to products sold at standard advertised retail pricing and shall not apply to products sold below any published promotional or advertised pricing thresholds.

5. Promotional Period
Orders must be placed on or before June 30, 2026. In addition, the requested delivery date must be scheduled on or before July 31, 2026. Orders that do not meet both requirements shall not qualify for the Promotion.

6. New Orders Only
The Promotion applies solely to new orders and may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases, existing orders, or completed transactions.

7. Promotional Benefit
Qualified customers may receive up to $500 in savings toward delivery and installation services. The actual savings amount may vary based on the products selected, services required, and the total qualifying purchase amount, as determined by the Company.

8. Service Requirement
Delivery and installation services must be purchased in conjunction with qualifying products, where applicable, in order to receive promotional savings.

9. Product Availability
All products must be available for delivery within the promotional fulfillment period. The Company reserves the right to exclude backordered, delayed, or special-order items from the Promotion at its sole discretion.

10. Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments
Any cancellation, return, or exchange that reduces the total qualifying purchase below the required minimum may result in forfeiture of all promotional savings. If a return or adjustment is processed after promotional savings have been applied, the value of the Promotion may be deducted from any refund issued.

11. Additional Charges
All applicable taxes, permits, delivery surcharges, installation costs, and any additional service fees not expressly covered by the Promotion shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

12. Modification or Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

13. General Conditions
This Promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly authorized by the Company. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
