The Partners Rewards Program (“Program”) is designed to reward eligible customers with a rebate incentive on qualifying appliance and plumbing purchases. Participants may earn a 3% reward in the form of a direct check based on qualifying purchases, subject to the terms outlined below.

• Program period: January 1, 2026 through January 2, 2027.
• Offer applies only to products sold at standard advertised retail pricing (i.e., not below published promotional or advertised pricing thresholds).
• Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Invoices are issued upon item collection or delivery, and only invoices dated within the program period are eligible.
• Purchases from LightStyles, Orange and LightStyles + Builders Source Appliance Gallery, Costa Mesa may be combined under the same registered trade account.
• Eligible purchases are limited to lighting, plumbing, and appliance products.
• Minimum eligibility threshold is $2,500 in net qualifying purchases during the program period.
• Incentive is calculated on net qualifying purchases after returns, credits, discounts, allowances, write-offs, and canceled transactions.
• Quoted business is excluded from the program.
• Trade account must be registered, active, and in good standing at the time of purchase and at the time of payout.
• Sales tax, freight, delivery, labor, installation, storage, handling, and service charges do not count toward qualifying purchases.
• Returns, canceled orders, exchanges, credit memos, and refunded transactions will reduce the qualifying purchase total.
• Accounts with past-due balances may be held from payout until brought current.

• Eligible participants will earn a 3% rebate on total qualifying purchases once the minimum spend requirement is met.
• The rebate is calculated on the net purchase amount after discounts, returns, and credits.
• Example:
  • Qualifying Purchases: $5,000
  • Rebate Earned (3%): $150

• Rewards will be issued in the form of a direct check payable to the contractor or business entity on file.
• Checks will be distributed within [30–60 days] after the end of the Program period or qualification date.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information is on file.

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other rebate programs unless explicitly stated.
• No substitutions or cash alternatives other than the stated direct check will be provided.
• Any suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the Program may result in disqualification.

• Participants are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes related to rewards received.

• Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting or communication to participants.

• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
