EVENT PARTICIPANT RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By participating in LightStyles + Builders Source Appliance's Event, hosted by one or more members of LightStyles + Builders Source Appliance, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless LightStyles + Builders Source Appliance, its officers, directors, owners, employees, members, agents, and the Member Hosts from any and all liability arising directly or indirectly, now or in the future, from any injury, damage, loss, or expense related to my participation in the Event.

I acknowledge that LightStyles + Builders Source Appliance is not responsible for my conduct or any activities I choose to engage in during the Event.

I understand that alcohol may be available at the Event, and any decision to consume it is entirely my personal responsibility. Participation in consuming alcohol is optional, and no participant is required or expected to do so. I understand that LightStyles + Builders Source Appliance and the Member Hosts are not liable for any consequences resulting from my or another participant’s alcohol consumption. I recognize that alcohol is a drug and may have serious health and behavioral consequences.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LightStyles + Builders Source Appliance, its officers, directors, employees, owners, members, agents, and the Member Hosts from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses—including attorney fees—arising directly or indirectly from: (i) my alcohol consumption during the Event; (ii) my use of facilities provided by LightStyles + Builders Source Appliance or the Member Hosts; or (iii) any actions or incidents related to my participation in the Event.

This Release and Waiver of Liability is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
